Colleen Marie Gibbs was taken to a hospital just after 8:30 a.m. after she drove through Gate C entrance at the famed baseball stadium and smashed into a forklift, state police said.
Investigators have linked her to multiple incidents that began an hour and a half earlier.
That's when a driver flagged down a trooper in Revere to report a Honda Accord was speeding and driving erratically in the Ocean Avenue and Revere Street area. Police tried to pull her over, but she sped away.
The trooper chose not to start a chase because of the heavy traffic in the area and the risk to other drivers, authorities said. They passed the car's information to other police departments.
Troopers received reports at 7:30 a.m. that said the same car was involved in a hit-and-run crash with two other vehicles near the entrance of the Ted Williams Tunnel in East Boston. No one was injured.
Police are investigating the crashes, and the Suffolk County District Attorney will decide what charges she will face. Those had not been released as of Monday afternoon.
